HELLO FROM PIXEL GHERKIN STUDIOS

A little studio.
A lot of
character.

I’m Adam. I make games—and I’m currently building Trainimals, where your everyday movement helps little creatures grow.

THE STUDIO

A small studio.
A personal mission.

We make games that give you a reason to come back—and a little more motivation to get moving.

Pixel Gherkin Studios is the independent studio of Adam Smith, based in the UK. Trainimals began with a simple idea: what if the effort you put into your own day could help a little companion grow?

We’re building it with player feedback, a love of pixel art and an ambition to make those companions part of something bigger.

WHAT WE’RE WORKING TOWARDS

Today, a companion.
Tomorrow, an adventure.

Alongside the playable creature game, we’re exploring an RPG where the Trainimals you raise venture into a world of trails, encounters and camp building.

Your training shaping their strengths. Resources from your adventures helping your camp grow. A bigger purpose for the companions you’ve already come to love.

RPG prototype · In development. These are future plans, separate from the current beta.
